Service Activation & Start Date

When does my cover begin?
Your protection starts immediately once your payment has been processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes.

Do I need to do anything to activate my plan?
No, there’s no need to schedule anything. Your plan automatically takes effect and remains valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

When will my coverage end?
Your plan expires exactly 12 months later at 23:59 on the final day, unless you renew before then.


How do I make a repair request?

One of our team will arrange your repair appointment, usually within 24 to 48 hours.


What’s Included:

  • Unlimited repair visits and callouts for appliances covered under your plan throughout the 12 months
  • Labour charges are fully covered
  • Replacement parts provided, subject to availability
  • Engineer appointments typically booked within 24–48 hours after reporting a fault
  • Coverage for both mechanical and electrical failures

What’s Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic wear or general ageing of appliances
  • Faults that existed before your plan started
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs
  • Appliances older than 10 years at the start of your plan
  • Damage resulting from floods, fires, or other natural disasters

Service Area:

We currently operate across mainland UK postcodes only.

For more remote areas, such as parts of the Scottish Highlands, response times may be longer. Please contact us to confirm availability in your location.


Response Times:

We strive to schedule engineer visits within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.


Plan Exclusions & Prohibited Use

To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our service, the following are excluded from coverage:

  • Damage or faults present before the plan’s activation
  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or tampering
  • Repairs unrelated to normal appliance operation
  • Any illegal or fraudulent use of our services or website
  • Appliances used contrary to manufacturer instructions

Please note: If any of these exclusions apply, your plan may be cancelled without refund or support.
