Refund & Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing Mendly. We appreciate your trust and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our services. If you have any concerns about your purchase, we are here to help resolve them.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of placing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your service plan, please contact us within this 14-day period and Mendly will provide a full refund with no questions asked.

If more than 14 days have passed, we may still offer a partial refund within 28 days of purchase at our discretion. Refunds are not available after 28 days.

To request a refund, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via phone card payment, website, cheque by post, and BACS or Direct Debit.

Your 14-day right to cancel applies regardless of the payment method you use.

Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

We do not issue refunds to any alternate accounts or cards.

Payment Follow-Up
After purchasing a plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and advise when payment will be processed. Please make sure funds are available.

If payment fails, we will reach out to confirm if you wish to continue. If we do not receive a response, your plan will be cancelled.

Authorised Payments
Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf.

Mendly does not accept payments made under power of attorney or other third-party authorisations.

Claims and Support
To book a repair or make a claim, please email Customer.Service@mendly.it.com or call 0800 055 4969.

Our team will assist you promptly and begin the repair process.

Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues with your payment or service, please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank.

We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without speaking to us first may delay resolution and affect your refund eligibility.
